Description: Acrylic emulsion, water based, wipeable, antibacterial, top coat interior wall paint.
Areas of Application: It is used for decorative and protective purposes on interior surfaces, walls and ceilings, painted surfaces, plastered, gypsum and concrete surfaces.
Surface Preparation Before Application:
New Satin Plastered Surfaces: Minimum 72 hours of drying period should pass after plastering the surface with satin plaster. After sanding, dust accumulated on the surfaces should be cleaned. Then ÇBS Izobinder diluted with water in the ratio of 1/7 should be applied in 1 layer as 0.080 gr/s m. After then, 2 layers of ÇBS Plastic Antibacterial should be applied with 0.250 gr/s m consumption . At least 5 hours should pass between the applications of these two layers.
New Black Plastered Surfaces: If there are cracks on the surface, they should be filled with either thin or thick putty depending on the size of the crack. Then surfaces should be cleaned and prepared for undercoating. Optionally 1/7 ÇBS Izobinder or ÇBS White Undercoatshould be applied as 1 layer. Upon expiry of the 5-hour waiting period, 2 layers of ÇBS Plastic Antibacterial should be applied with a consumption of 0.250 gr/sq m. 5 hours should pass between the application of two layers.
Old or Worn-Out Painted Surfaces: If there is old, loose, swollen paint film on surfaces, it should be cleaned. If local repairs are required, they should be done and the surface should be undercoated.
Following the cleaning, all surfaces should be undercoated withÇBS White Primerand approximately 0.100 gr/sq m should be applied. Following the 5-hour waiting period, 2 layers of ÇBS Plastic Antibacterial should be applied with a consumption of 0.250 gr/sq m. and 5 hours should pass between the application of two layers.
